quite unhappy la..cosz...kanna complain by a customer.

i found myself real unluckily. somemore.i apologise sia, i DIDNT SHOW ATTITUDE wor.
i still SMILE at her wor...

i apologised and admit my fault. i smile le. i didnt scold her or show attitude and yet she is tryin to find fault with me.
realy damn unluckily to bump into customer like her.

service line is so different. i dun mind lookin at customer face, so long they enjoy being here and serve can le.
but why must they always act as if they are my big boss? i noe ! customer is always rite. and i have always abide this rule.
but why mus they always like this?
